Collette Travel Service Inc seeks a Senior Manager, AI Enablement to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, driving Copilot usage, governance, and training across the organization. This remote US role partners with Data & Analytics and Security to embed AI into day-to-day workflows.

The ideal candidate has deep Microsoft ecosystem experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering tangible AI value at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep experience across the Microsoft ecosystem and AI enablement.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Platform, Fabric, and Azure.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Copilot adoption and drive practical use cases.
• Run AI champions program across departments.
• Identify and shape AI solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Partner with Learning & Development to build training.
• Coordinate agent governance and lifecycle.
• Measure adoption, value, and program impact.
• Define information architecture readiness for Copilot and AI.
• Advance Data Readiness with Data & Analytics and Fabric.
