Job summary
Collette Travel Service, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, AI Enablement to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, governance, and enablement across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Fabric.
You will build an AI champions network, coordinate training, and partner with Security and Tech teams to scale responsible AI use. The role is remote in the US, focusing on adoption, readiness, and measurable business impact within Collette’s Data & Analytics framework.
Qualifications
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Platform, Fabric, and Azure.
- Proven ability to drive AI readiness, use-case development, and measurable adoption.
- Experience evaluating non-Microsoft AI solutions such as Claude.
- Strong governance, security, and lifecycle practices for AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Lead Copilot adoption with practical use cases and demonstrations.
- Run AI champions program to support federated adoption.
- Identify and shape AI solutions across departments and workflows.
- Partner with Learning & Development for training and materials.
- Coordinate agent governance and security oversight.
- Measure adoption, value, and program impact.
- Drive SharePoint readiness and information architecture.
- Support Data Readiness with enterprise data foundations.
