Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations.
• Hands-on experience coaching teams and implementing Agile maturity models.
• Deep understanding of SAFe and multiple Agile frameworks with organizational adaptation.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation program across multiple teams and sponsors.
• Maintain Agile playbook, governance, and program documents.
• Coordinate with Transformation Office and business stakeholders.
• Drive transparency with status reporting and data-driven insights.
• Coach Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and teams on maturity models.
• Ensure alignment of team outputs with program objectives and value.
