Job summary

JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC seeks an onsite Program Manager to lead DoD-related programs. You will oversee agile program management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cross-functional collaboration with remote and multi-vendor teams using Scrum/Kanban.

The role requires 8+ years in Agile PM, PMP or PMI-ACP and Scrum Master credentials, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Agile Program Management.
• 5 years implementing Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Scrum Master experience leading cross-functional, remote, multi-vendor teams for a DoD Appian application.
• Demonstrated experience in resource planning.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Military operations background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program compliance with DoD, PFPA or other regulatory requirements.
• Help the Division meet customer service goals and drive continuous improvement through automation and policy development.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations.
• Assist PSD in executing program management objectives as defined under this contract.
• Develop and roll out parking communications; outline forms and processes for self-clearing parking communications.
• Provide guidance to PSD on communication channels and delivery.
• Prepare and follow a Program Management Plan (PMP) outlining tasks and deliverables.
• Provide staff augmentation, project planning, and execution across a dynamic transportation mission within WHS.
• Assist in preparing, developing and presenting Quarterly Briefs to WHS/ESD management.
• Create an action plan and milestones for strategic planning initiatives and track progress.
• Perform studies using on-site and back-end support to avoid disruption.
