Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Scrum Master to enable effective agile software delivery for client projects. You will coach teams, remove blockers, and facilitate ceremonies while tracking progress with metrics.

Role requires 7+ years of experience and strong Scrum mastery; onsite up to four days weekly at Pennington, NJ or NYC with occasional client travel. Accenture offers competitive benefits and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience minimum.
• Scrum mastery required; Agile Process Coaching recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices within the team and across projects.
• Support team members in understanding and adopting Agile principles to enhance collaboration and delivery.
• Analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and foster transparency.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Champion a culture of accountability and ownership to elevate deliverables quality and consistency.
