Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Active TS clearance required.
• Willing to report to the client site in downtown DC five days a week.
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and Kanban or Scrum.
• Experience creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA.
• Experience with requirements gathering and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate impediments to team delivery.
• Guide estimation and maintain velocity.
• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop documentation and training materials.
• Provide technical and end-user support as needed.
