Job summary

Accenture Flex in the United States is seeking a Scrum Master to enable the effective functioning of an agile software development team. You will coach the team, remove obstacles and facilitate sprint ceremonies, reporting progress with metrics.

This role requires strong Scrum and Agile Project Management skills and at least seven years of experience. Willingness to be onsite up to four days a week in Pennington, NJ or NYC is required; five days away per quarter may be required by the client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Scrum and Agile Process Coaching.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Associate's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Team(s) and remove obstacles hindering progress.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify and report progress through metrics and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to drive decisions and improve delivery quality.
