Job summary

Acuity Brands, Inc. is looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to oversee the functioning of a newly forming Agile Release Train (ART). The role includes ensuring predictable delivery, facilitating PI Planning, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

With over 10 years of experience in Agile delivery, the ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, knowledge of SAFe RTE, and experience with Azure DevOps or Jira. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Agile delivery (RTE/Senior SM/Delivery Lead/Agile Coach)
• Experience managing Software solutions and practical knowledge of integrated software systems.
• Proven PI Planning facilitation and multi-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure predictable delivery with a high level view of the timeline.
• Stand up ART cadence and ways of working.
• Plan and facilitate PI Planning; track PI objectives, risks, and dependencies.
• Remove systemic impediments; drive cross-team alignment.
• Improve flow and predictability using metrics.
