Pinnacle Group (Pinnacle Technical Resources) in Birmingham, Alabama seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager III to lead enterprise IT and software development projects using Scrum and Kanban, collaborating with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to deliver value. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM, strong communication, risk management, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are a plus.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile project management, Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project.
Mansioni
- Lead and manage enterprise-level Agile software development and IT projects.
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning and delivery.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and team commitments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain user stories, burnup/burndown charts, and release plans.
- Remove roadblocks and improve team efficiency.
- Drive Agile best practices, governance and continuous improvement.
