Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches individuals in Agile processes and tools.
• Provides status reporting on KPIs, schedule, resources, and milestones.
• Develops program strategy and high-level project plans.
• Ensures integration of projects and manages scope, timing, and budgets as needed.
• Implements Scrum values and practices across teams.
• Communicates program strategy to IT and business leadership.
• Delivers all IT projects on time, within budget, and meets requirements.
