Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking an experienced agile leader to guide product teams and drive Scrum practices across the organization. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlogs and delivery.

This full-time role requires 7–10+ years of delivery experience and ICP certification, with a focus on collaboration, BI, and continuous improvement to elevate performance and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures to establish the agile governance framework across the organization.
• Collaborate with multiple departments on project management tools, tracking systems, and automation frameworks.
• Manage, lead, and communicate with agile teams on the roadmap for agile adoption and stakeholder buy-in.
• Research emerging agile concepts to inform decision making and drive improvements.
• Consolidate industry benchmarks and case studies to identify applicable strategies and approaches.
• Create a repository of academic research on agile practices, Lean thinking, and team dynamics.
• Decide on project management tools and collaboration platforms to enhance productivity.
• Deliver insights and visibility into progress and outcomes through reporting.
• Develop cross-functional collaborations that facilitate information sharing and resource distribution.
