CVS Health is hiring a Senior Agile Project Lead to guide teams through scalable agile practices across the enterprise.

You will coach Scrum events, mentor stakeholders, and partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs while driving continuous improvement and value delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and delivering measurable outcomes in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in technical project execution and delivery.
• ICP or related certification required.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).

• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures to establish the agile governance framework.
• Collaborate with departments on the development of project management tools, tracking systems, communication platforms, and/or automation frameworks.
• Manage, lead, and communicate with agile teams on the roadmap for agile adoption and gains buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Conduct research on emerging agile concepts to inform the decision‑making process and drive continuous improvements within the agile practice.
• Consolidate information on industry benchmarks and case studies to identify potential strategies, techniques, and approaches that can be applied within the organization.
• Create a repository of academic research papers, journals, and publications on agile practices, Lean thinking, team dynamics, and organizational change.
• Decide on the application of project management tools and collaboration platforms to enhance the productivity of agile teams.
• Deliver insights and visibility into the progress and outcomes of agile initiatives through the effective use of reporting.
• Develop cross-functional collaborations that facilitate information-sharing and resource distribution.
