Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Agile Coach/Project Manager to direct the activities of agile teams, oversee Scrum events, and remove obstacles that hinder progress. You will coach team members and stakeholders, support the Product Owner in backlog management, and foster collaboration across teams to drive value and predictability.

You will develop metrics to monitor performance, promote self-organization, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical project execution and delivery.
• ICP or related agile certification required.
• Strong execution, BI, collaboration and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile governance and Scrum practices.
• Healthcare knowledge with Medicare/Medicaid focus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of the team including overseeing Scrum events and removing impediments.
• Coaches team members and stakeholders, supports Product Owner in backlog management.
• Develops strategy to monitor progress using established metrics and promotes self-organization.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.
