Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior Agile leader to drive enterprise delivery across multiple complex technology initiatives, working with Engineering, Product, and executive stakeholders. The role focuses on scaling Agile practices and delivering value in a fast-changing healthcare landscape.

You will oversee budgets of $35M–$50M, lead 10–12 Agile Practice Leads, mentor leaders, and shape the strategic direction for cross-functional teams engaged in Medicare and other strategic programs.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience with 3–5 years in people management roles
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+ and strong execution/delivery skills
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives
• Mastery of problem-solving, decision-making and growth mindset
• Experience with innovation management and digital transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes according to the product roadmap.
• Drive productivity and time-to-market improvements to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M–$50M and a team of 10–12 scrum masters/program managers.
• Identify risks and issues and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Promote Agile adoption and engage executives to communicate value and support prioritization.
• Develop change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability.
• Define and manage metrics and reporting standards to show Agile performance.
• Lead talent development initiatives, including coaching and succession planning.
