Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical project execution and delivery.
• ICP Certification or related credential required.
• Strong execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, supporting).

• Proven collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures to establish the agile governance framework across the organization.
• Collaborate with multiple departments on project management tools, tracking systems, and automation frameworks.
• Lead agile teams on the roadmap for agile adoption and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Research emerging agile concepts to inform decision making and drive improvements.
• Consolidate industry benchmarks and case studies to identify actionable strategies.
• Create a repository of academic research on agile practices, Lean thinking, team dynamics, and organizational change.
• Decide on project management tools and collaboration platforms to boost productivity of agile teams.
• Deliver insights and visibility into progress and outcomes through reporting.
• Develop cross-functional collaborations to facilitate information-sharing and resource distribution.
