Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to guide in-house application development projects. This role blends agile project management (60%) with scrum master duties (40%), leading initiatives from initiation to delivery and communicating with executives.

You will maintain Jira boards, schedules, and stakeholder updates. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM/SM, experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC, and a CSM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.
• Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide concise executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Track resources and ensure proper allocation.
• Support budget management and resource tracking.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and manage Jira boards.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks.
