Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support in‑house application development. The role blends Agile project management (60%) with Scrum Master duties (40%), guiding teams through both Waterfall and Agile SDLC and communicating with executive stakeholders.

You will lead ceremonies, maintain Jira boards, manage project plans, track milestones, and provide concise status updates, with a focus on risk management, coordination across business units,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading projects for in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of both: Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) Traditional Waterfall project management.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.
• Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Jira boards and dashboards.
• Maintain and track team metrics and sprint reporting.
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
