Job summary

Capital Blue Cross seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to guide multiple product teams toward value-stream objectives. You will coach, enable delivery planning, and drive continuous improvement across agile practices, while partnering with business leaders and technology teams.

The role requires a minimum 8 years in Agile delivery and at least 5 years as a coach or delivery lead, with PMI/Scrum certifications preferred. Bachelor's degree required and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of Agile delivery, program management, product delivery, or related experience.
Minimum 5 years as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or similar role.
Experience leading multiple Agile teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach multiple Agile product teams aligned to key business value streams.
Drive delivery planning, execution, flow optimization, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, architects, and technology teams.
Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and improve delivery predictability.
Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and capacity planning activities.
Establish and monitor delivery metrics, team health, and value realization outcomes.
Coach teams and leaders on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and product operating model practices.
