Zusammenfassung

Capital Blue Cross seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to guide multiple product teams toward value-stream objectives. You will coach, enable delivery planning, and drive continuous improvement across agile practices, while partnering with business leaders and technology teams.

The role requires a minimum 8 years in Agile delivery and at least 5 years as a coach or delivery lead, with PMI/Scrum certifications preferred. Bachelor's degree required and cross-functional leadership skills.

Base pay is influenced by several factors including a candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and anticipated contributions to meet the needs of the business, along with internal pay equity and external market driven rates. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Skills

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and product operating models.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of Agile delivery, program management, product delivery, or related experience.
• Minimum 5 years as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Education, Certification and Licenses

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
