You will partner with sponsors across technology, operations, risk, and business, manage dependencies, and use metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Technology, Engineering, or similar).
• 5+ years of project management or Chief of Staff‑type experience in financial services is preferred.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
• Define goals, milestones, and deliverables with sponsors and leaders; manage dependencies and change impacts.
