You will partner with sponsors and business leaders to define goals, manage milestones, and maintain dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership, ensuring transparent reporting on progress, risks, and decisions across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project management methodologies and lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and agile performance metrics.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with sponsors and leaders to define goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate agile delivery by coaching teams, clearing impediments, and prioritizing the backlog.
• Provide executive-ready status reports and dashboards showing progress, risks, and decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
