Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Manager, Agile Delivery to lead Scrum Masters across Infrastructure Engineering. You will standardize Agile practices, drive data-driven governance, and deliver portfolio visibility across Platform, Network, Data, and Digital Workplace Engineering.

You will shape delivery metrics, executive dashboards, and strategic roadmaps while partnering with leadership to optimize prioritization, capacity planning, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering.
• 3+ years leading Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, or PMO functions.
• Strong experience supporting agile delivery for an infrastructure organization.
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting solutions.
• Experience utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to develop executive delivery dashboards.
• Experience working within regulated financial institutions.
• Familiarity with FFIEC guidance, operational resilience, risk management, and infrastructure governance practices.
• Preferred Certifications: CSM, SPC, SA, PMI-ACP, ITIL Foundation or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scrum Masters supporting infrastructure engineering teams.
• Define and implement Agile delivery strategies that improve execution effectiveness and transparency.
• Establish a consistent Agile framework across Infrastructure Engineering.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to track delivery health and capacity.
• Partner with leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and resource planning.
• Drive Agile maturity and organizational change across infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and governance standards.
