Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a dynamic Agile Delivery leader to transform infrastructure delivery. You will build and coach Scrum Masters, implement standardized Agile practices, and provide data-driven governance across Platform Engineering, Network, Data Platform, and Digital Workplace teams.

You will define sprint planning standards, capacity planning, and reporting frameworks, while collaborating with senior leaders to align priorities and capacity with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and related engineering/IT experience.
• 5+ years of technology delivery, infrastructure, or operations experience.
• 3+ years leading Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, PMO).
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
• Experience with regulated financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scrum Masters for infrastructure engineering.
• Define and implement Agile delivery strategies to improve transparency and prioritization.
• Establish Agile governance and consistent delivery framework across Infrastructure Engineering.
• Develop executive dashboards and metrics for delivery performance.
• Partner with leadership to forecast, capacity planning, and portfolio management.
• Drive agility and continuous improvement across teams and programs.
