Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior agile leader to direct the activities of the agile team, oversee Scrum events, and remove impediments while coaching teams and stakeholders to a higher level of collaboration and productivity.

You will support the Product Owner, monitor progress with metrics, drive continuous improvement, and develop governance, tooling, and reporting to ensure successful agile adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of technical project execution and delivery.
• ICP or related certification required.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• Adept at business intelligence.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others).

Responsibilities

• Develop agile governance policies and standards.
• Collaborate with departments on project management tools and automation frameworks.
• Lead agile teams on the roadmap for agile adoption and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct research on emerging agile concepts to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Consolidate industry benchmarks and case studies to identify strategies and approaches.
• Create a repository of academic research papers on agile practices, Lean thinking, team dynamics, and organizational change.
• Decide on project management tools and collaboration platforms to enhance productivity.
• Deliver insights and visibility into agile initiatives through reporting.
• Develop cross-functional collaborations that facilitate information-sharing and resource distribution.
