Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of the team, overseeing Scrum events and removing impediments.
• Coach and mentor team and stakeholders, support Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
• Develop metrics to monitor progress and promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to develop project management tools and automation frameworks.
• Deliver insights and visibility into agile initiatives through reporting and governance.
