Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in technical project execution and delivery.
• ICP or related certification required.
• Strong execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).

• Mastery of growth mindset in agility and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures to establish agile governance framework.
• Collaborate with departments on project management tools, tracking systems, and automation.
• Manage, lead, and communicate with agile teams on the roadmap and gains buy-in.
• Research emerging agile concepts to inform decisions and improvements.
• Consolidate benchmarks and case studies to identify strategies for the org.
• Create a repository of academic research on agile practices and Lean thinking.
• Decide on project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Deliver insights and visibility into progress and outcomes via reporting.
• Develop cross-functional collaborations for information sharing and resource distribution.
