Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience in a related field.
• Three or more years of full-time business experience with at least one year in Scrum.
• Experience teaching/mentoring peers and communicating/imposing impediments beyond own team.

Responsibilities

• Embody agility via servant leadership, guiding squads in applying Scrum.
• Foster trusting environments where issues are discussed openly.
• Facilitate Scrum events: Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement.
• Coach Product Owner and Development Team in backlog management and success metrics.
• Coach Agile Squad in self-organization, cross-functionality, risk identification, dependency management, conflict resolution, and software craftsmanship.
• Promote Agile practices across the organization to optimize interactions and team self-organization.
• Utilize empirical data, feedback loops, and metrics to help the squad inspect and adapt processes.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and assist stakeholders in understanding team interactions.
• Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks following organizational policies.
