Job summary

OpTech in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Agilist to guide the Agile Center and support an Agile Squad in delivering sustained business value. You will coach Scrum practices, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching stakeholders, and removing impediments to enable high-performing teams while modeling servant leadership and customer-focused collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of full-time business experience.
• 1+ year of Scrum experience.
• Experience mentoring peers and/or teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure the team delivers value.
• Coach Product Owner and Development Team in backlog management and development practices.
• Promote self-organization, continuous improvement and cross-functionality.
• Remove impediments and shield the squad from external distractions to maintain productivity.
