Job summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to elevate agile maturity across its Engineering organization in the US and India. This player-coach role will shape operating models, drive continuous improvement, and scale internal coaching with data-driven practices and AI adoption.

You will coach squads, partner with engineering leaders, and lead governance to reduce friction in delivery. This role emphasizes outcomes over output and better software through disciplined, transparent processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years coaching agile software development teams (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Coach, or equivalent).
• Deep working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, lean, and scaled agile practices.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across roles and teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in agile coaching and engineering ops work.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve ways of working, ready/done definitions, cadences, and end-to-end delivery flow from idea to production.
• Coach squads to plan, deliver, and improve with predictability and confidence.
• Lead quarterly planning and manage cross-team dependencies for delivery readiness.
• Promote flow metrics, retrospectives, and root-cause analyses that generate concrete action items.
• Foster collaboration across Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and Anchors, building a high-trust team.
