You'll coach multiple product teams to work better in a remote software delivery environment building custom software, including products that use emerging AI models. The role sits at the intersection of team coaching, program coordination, and delivery improvement. You'll help squads plan and ship more consistently, align cross-team work to a shared cadence, and make delivery health visible through metrics teams will actually use.
You'll lead agile coaching across several squads, run program-level planning and syncs, and keep dependencies from dragging down delivery. Just as important, you'll help Scrum Masters and product owners get stronger so the practice scales without needing you in every room. You'll partner with engineering and product leadership to surface systemic blockers, improve decision-making, and adapt SAFe practices to fit the work, not add process for its own sake.
This role fits someone who has led agile adoption in a product studio, consultancy, or fast-moving software delivery environment where credibility matters. You should be comfortable with senior stakeholders, able to facilitate remote workshops across time zones, and bring a practical, AI-native working style. The right person already uses AI tools in day-to-day work, moves quickly without much oversight, and cares about craft, clarity, and measurable delivery improvement.
