Clearview Software is looking for a talented Senior Agile Coach to join our fast-paced Product Team. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team leads and stakeholders in Agile practices to enhance their effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of Agile coaching experience and a deep understanding of the Agile methodology. You will play a key role in driving the Agile transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach helping teams efficiently deliver software.
• 4+ years of Scrum Master experience across 2 different organizations.
• 5+ years of diverse technical software development experience.

Responsabilités

• Coach and mentor Product Owners and leads on Agile principles.
• Facilitate workshop training on Agile frameworks.
• Evaluate effectiveness of Agile programs and make recommendations.
