Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an experienced Agile/SAFe leader to drive delivery across a large IDIQ program. You will guide teams, establish cadence, and align contractual requirements with agile practices in a dynamic intelligence environment.

Responsibilities include coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leads; maintaining program-wide metrics; and ensuring transparent progress through dashboards and reviews.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment
• 5+ years of experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations
• 5+ years of experience leading teams with strategic initiatives
• Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross-team planning
• Skilled in backlog management and documentation
• Agile Scrum, Kanban, or other methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/SAFe delivery across an IDIQ program.
• Guide adoption of Agile and SAFe practices across teams and orders.
• Support PMO in establishing program-level Agile constructs (ART cadence, PI planning).
• Ensure alignment between delivery practices and contract requirements.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and tech leads.
• Define and maintain program-level Agile process standards and metrics.
