Job summary

DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business delivering innovative IT solutions to government agencies and commercial clients since 1982. The Program Integrator 3 (Scrum Coach) position requires active TS/SCI with poly and leads systems engineering with a focus on agile, SAFe ceremonies, and collaboration with Product Owner to plan program increments.

The role supports a growing, high-profile program with a strong emphasis on technical integrity, cross-functional leadership, and mission-focused outcomes

Qualifications

Scrum Coach certification and SAFe/agile ceremonies experience.
Collaborate with Product Owner to prepare for SAFe ceremonies (Sprint Reviews, inspect and adapt, PI planning).
Experience guiding system engineering activities and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements, CONOPs docs, and high-level architectures to develop system specifications.
Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Develop architecture and design documentation and plan system engineering activities.
