Zusammenfassung

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Consulting Solutions Architect for its Global Service Provider group. You will be the architectural lead on complex customer opportunities, shaping requirements into sellable solutions and coordinating teams for delivery.

You will drive discovery, design, and shaping of services, including scope, pricing models, and partnerships, with a focus on margin and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a customer-facing architecture role; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in service provider, cable/MSO, telco, NeoCloud or AI infrastructure.
• Track record writing statements of work, estimates, pricing inputs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ability to travel up to 50% when required.

• Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and whiteboard sessions with customer leaders.
• Define opportunities across networking, data center, AI infrastructure, cloud, security, and automation.
• Own services scope, write statements of work, ROIs, and delivery approaches.
• Lead commercial conversations and protect margin through scope tradeoffs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable services and offerings.
