Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Senior Agent PM to own end-to-end mortgage origination experiences, from point of sale to capital markets delivery. You will steer APIs, decisioning, and UI components, leveraging AI/LLMs to drive core product outcomes.

You will partner with engineering, GTM, and clients to ship scalable origination infrastructure, while managing 3rd party integrations and regulatory considerations. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management or engineering.
• Experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries.
• Ability to dig into mortgage value chain and regulator requirements.
• Experience conducting user research with varied methods.
• Ability to run SQL queries to analyze data and trends.
• Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, modular origination infrastructure from POS to capital markets.
• Onboard and manage 3rd party integrations.
• Leverage AI and LLMs in daily workflows and as part of solution space.
• Partner with engineering to spec, build, and launch new loan products.
• Coordinate with GTM and Account Management to ensure customer success.
