Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Senior Field Operations Manager (FOM) to lead Aftersales operations for the Little Rock, Arkansas market. This role partners with dealers to optimize APS, service, and parts performance, while aligning marketing and CRM initiatives with national programs.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, 6+ years in Marketing/Sales, and at least 3 years in automotive analytics, with strong communication, project leadership, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive industry analytical experience.
• Experience in dealer representation and market analytics is preferred.
• Ability to travel more than 75% domestically and reside in district.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dealership visits to assess Aftersales operations and drive APS opportunities.
• Identify improvements with dealerships to boost Customer Experience and loyalty.
• Coordinate marketing, CRM, and digital platforms with national initiatives.
• Analyze dealership performance and develop plans to improve profitability and ROS.
