Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Sr FOM to support dealerships with top-tier customer experience, retention, and profitability across a large district. The role emphasizes coaching, analysis, and regional strategy alignment with AGM and Dealer Operations Managers.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Marketing/Sales in automotive settings, plus 2+ years in dealer-contact roles, and a strong command of office tools. Extensive domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of Marketing and Sales experience.
• At least 3 years of analytical experience in automotive industry specialties.
• Minimum 2 years in dealer contact support roles (e.g., WDM, FOM, FSM, DOM).
• Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools and sales-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Experience & Retention by analyzing dealership operations and coaching teams.
• Improve Dealer Profitability through KPI tracking, APS performance, and cash flow reviews.
• Strengthen Loyalty by analyzing sell-in/sell-out data and coordinating CSI-driven actions.
• Support AGM with Market Representation, dealership openings/closures, and regional initiatives.
