Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Sr FOM to support assigned dealerships in Little Rock, focusing on customer experience, retention, profitability, and loyalty through optimized Aftersales operations and effective market representation.

The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with extensive travel across dealerships. A Bachelor's degree in Business and at least six years in marketing/sales within the automotive sector are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of analytical experience in automotive industry specialties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine dealership visits with Sales & Aftersales staff and Dealer Principal to assess Aftersales operations.
• Provide consultative coaching and action plans to improve APS opportunities and customer experience.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve dealership profitability, sales effectiveness, and loyalty.
• Review APS performance reports and align dealer marketing and CRM with Nissan initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory and capital related to APS operations and achieve KPI targets.
