Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a seasoned business consultant for a regional role covering Memphis, TN, Little Rock, AR, and surrounding areas. You will drive dealer sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting SAS and CPO initiatives and optimizing retailer lead processes.

Expect extensive travel (90%), leadership in enabling dealer success, and collaboration with district managers. A 4-year degree and 6–8 years of experience are required; strong communication and presentation

Responsibilities

• Maximizes vehicle retail sales and achieves wholesale objectives.
• Supports SAS and CPO sales; improves customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
• Consults with retailers on profitability and lead management; develops internet operations and web optimization.
• Drives retailer enrollments for events, trainings, and grassroots outreach.
• Oversees new retailer installations, orientation for sales managers, and enforcement of standards.
