Job summary

HTG Management LLC in Miami oversees two affordable housing communities. The Senior Property Manager leads onsite operations, financial performance, compliance, resident satisfaction, and staff, with accountability across all sites.

Qualifications

LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing knowledge and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple communities and travel between sites daily.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial performance oversight.
Proven leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned communities, including 24/7 emergency response.
Perform regular inspections and track corrective actions to completion.
Oversee maintenance, preventive maintenance, and work order management.
Maintain occupancy targets, unit readiness, and leasing coordination.
Prepare annual operating budgets and explain variances.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other program rules; administer notices and evictions per policy.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff; oversee safety and training programs.
