Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across properties, ensuring compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and LIHTC standards. The role drives marketing performance and portfolio financial health while coordinating with the Compliance Department on regulatory responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, senior housing, or related service industries.
• Strong knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and LIHTC rules.
• COS or CPO certification preferred; Bachelor's degree beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of properties and on-site compliance.
• Manages marketing program and portfolio financial performance.
• Coordinates regulatory responses with Compliance Department.
• Directs rent collection, delinquencies, and evictions processes.
• Supervises maintenance, inspections, vendor bidding, and reporting.
