EverAI is seeking a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage and scale our global affiliate network from a fully remote setup. You will own onboarding, performance analysis, and partner cultivation to drive traffic, conversions and ROI across channels.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in affiliate marketing, proficiency with Everflow and SEMrush, and a track record of optimizing campaigns. This role offers substantial ownership, a competitive compensation package, and a 100% remote, globally

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials).
• Proficiency with reporting tools (Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush).
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported.
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates and ensure smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns for ROI, and scale opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for maximum conversion.
