EverAI is seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and optimize our global affiliate program. You will manage relationships, onboarding, and performance, driving ROI through data-driven strategies and cross-channel marketing tactics.

The role is fully remote with a focus on scalable partnerships, analytics, and process improvements to maximize affiliate conversions and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing across SEO, media buying, paid social.
• Proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio and SEMrush.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates.
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance and ROI via reports.
• Analyze results and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate to create tailored affiliate funnels for conversions.
• Review and improve affiliate communication and management processes.
