Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to own a portfolio of publishers end to end. You will manage margins, optimize performance, and expand into multiple regulated verticals such as insurance or personal finance.

You will monitor partner traffic for compliance, keep publishers engaged, and drive incremental margin. This remote role requires a proven track record in direct publisher management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate.
• A margin or revenue number you personally owned and can name.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (insurance, credit, lending, health or personal finance).
• Ability to diagnose why a deal stalls on compliance and resolve it.
• Fluency with performance platforms and data integrity.
• Ability to proactively optimize and scale partner performance.

Responsibilities

• Own publishers end to end: relationships, opportunities, scaling and results.
• Manage your margin; know where you stand against targets.
• Keep a diversified book to manage risk and maintain growth.
• Monitor traffic for compliance and raise issues early with partners.
• Maintain the relationship by active, ongoing engagement.
• Share learnings in weekly sessions to improve team performance.
