Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to own publishers and drive margin growth across finance, insurance, and personal finance verticals. You will manage end-to-end relationships, optimize performance, and scale partnerships in a remote, US-based role.

In this role you will track margins, ensure compliance, and collaborate across teams to hit aggressive growth targets while maintaining strong partner relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate or partner management for an advertiser or network.
• You own a margin or revenue number and can explain its origin and changes.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (insurance, credit, lending, health, personal finance).
• You treat a no as incomplete information and resolve blockers through collaboration.
• Strong fluency with a performance tracking platform and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own your publishers end-to-end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, and results.
• Manage your margin book with active tracking and proactive risk management.
• Ensure compliance and monitor partner traffic to catch issues early.
• Keep partners engaged and moving, maintaining warm relationships over time.
• Share learnings in weekly sessions to improve the team’s approach.
