Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to own and grow a book of publisher relationships across insurance, credit, lending, and personal finance. You will manage publishers end to end, own margin, and push growth while ensuring compliance and performance.

You will monitor partner activity, optimize campaigns, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. A proven track record in affiliate leadership and data-driven decision making is required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate networks or campaigns.
• Ability to name and track a margin/revenue number you personally owned.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (insurance, lending, health, or personal finance).
• Strong problem-solving when compliance blocks opportunities, with actionable internal/external steps.

Responsibilities

• Own publisher relationships end to end and grow the book.
• Maintain and hit margin targets for your book.
• Diversify the publisher base to mitigate risk and maximize growth.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues early.
• Communicate learnings and optimizations with the team weekly.
