Qualifications

• Four+ years managing publishers in affiliate networks or advertisers.
• You own a margin or revenue number and can explain its origin and changes.
• Experience in regulated verticals (insurance, credit, lending, health or personal finance).
• You treat a blocked opportunity as incomplete information and work to resolve it.

Responsibilities

• Own your publishers end-to-end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, results.
• Own the margin on your book and track progress against targets.
• Maintain a diversified book to manage risk and avoid over-reliance on one partner.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues proactively with partners.
