Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to own publisher relationships end to end, drive margin and optimize performance across regulated verticals. You will manage opportunities, ensure compliance, and push scalable growth with a data-driven mindset.

The role is US remote, requires proven publisher/advertiser experience, and rewards results with a base salary and performance incentives. You will contribute to a fast-moving, outcome-focused team.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate networks.
• A margins/revenue number you personally owned.
• Experience in a regulated vertical such as insurance or personal finance.
• Ability to identify blockers and address compliance issues.
• Fluent tracking on a performance platform with data insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage publishers end to end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, results.
• Own the book margin and track progress against targets.
• Maintain a diversified book to manage risk.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues early.
• Keep partners engaged and moving; share learnings weekly.
