Job summary

Launch Potato seeks an experienced Affiliate Partnerships professional to own publishers end to end, drive margin growth, and manage risk across regulated verticals. You will own a margin book, monitor partner traffic for compliance, and push proactive optimizations across multiple verticals.

Success comes from diagnosing blockers, shaping partner assets, and leveraging data in Tune/IntegriShield/Lashback to scale performance. Remote US-friendly role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate programs.
• A margin or revenue number you personally owned.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance).
• You identify blockers in compliance and navigate both sides to keep opportunities alive.
• Fluency with performance tracking platforms and data interpretation.
• Proactive optimization with measurable impact on margins.

Responsibilities

• Own your publishers end to end, including relationships, opportunities, scaling, and results.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance issues and raise them early with partners.
• Scale and optimize partner opportunities across multiple verticals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and share learnings weekly to improve the book.
