Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to own publisher relationships end to end. You will drive margin growth across insurance, personal finance, and other verticals, partnering with networks and direct publishers.

You are comfortable with performance platforms, can spot scaling opportunities from the data, and will push proactive optimization while maintaining strict compliance and transparency with partners.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate networks.
• A personally owned margin or revenue number.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (insurance, lending, health, or personal finance).
• Ability to resolve compliance blockers by identifying blockers and bridging gaps.
• Fluency with performance tracking platforms (Tune, IntegriShield, Lashback).
• Proactive optimization: spot growth opportunities and act.

Responsibilities

• Own your publishers end to end, including relationships, opportunities and scaling.
• Manage and drive your margin book toward targets.
• Keep a diversified book to protect margins and reduce risk.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues early.
• Nurture partner relationships and keep them engaged.
• Share learnings in weekly sessions to improve team performance.
